On 1st of January 2007, at exactly 3am, I heard a clear voice tell me “you have to go to India”. Taking action on this intuition started my conscious path to self-discovery. In December of that same year, I arrived at the Sivananda Ashram in South India to complete a one month yoga teacher training. 

In November 2009, I heard the same voice say to me “Go to the desert near Los Angeles”. Sure enough, in April 2010 I landed in Las Vegas to do a 9 week Bikram Yoga Teacher Training.

Following this, I opened and taught in two yoga / meditation centres in Konstanz while continuing my passion to grow in the field of consciousness and Quantum Physics. In 2019, I founded MedYin Yoga – a combination of Meditation and Yin Yoga and taught this exclusively.

2007 – 2024 have been powerful years of extreme consciousness growth for me. I have had numerous multi-dimensional experiences, mystical phenomenas, future-self encounter, prolonged Dark Night of the Soul and Ego deaths to name a few. Many of my spiritual gifts opened up during these years.

In 2024, to help ground my natural spiritual gifts, I started an intense one year “Compassionate Inquiry” training with Dr. Gabor Mate – deepening my knowledge of Trauma related work. 

My soul attribute shared to me by a Soul Empowerment Coach is : “The Sparkling One”. One who sparkles with the Divine Light and thus embraces the Light Codes, the Light Language and indeed the Codes and Sacred Geometries of Light within her soul. One who radiates forth as a Being of Light and ignites, and triggers the Codes of Light in all whom she meets and works with, with the Divine Energy and Frequencies of Light!
